Learn to Kayak
An expanded, more in-depth program than our one day class. Instruction begins in our high performance, inflatable kayaks and when appropriate, we transition to hard shell kayaks. We'll start you with the basics, teaching paddle stroke, ferry angles, bracing, eddie peels, Eskimo rolls, and basic water hydrology. These moves and techniques will allow you to feel comfortable and in control of your kayak. These skills will be used while maneuvering through Class II and III rapids. Ages 10 and over. Lunch, kayak and equipment included.

If you are serious about learning this sport, by the end of these two days you will be a confident kayaker with the skills to handle Class II and III rapids.
