Mountain & River Adventures (MRA) Kids Summer Adventure Camp is a six day, sleepover camp that is filled with satisfying and memorable experiences designed to expand your child's potential, by facing and conquering challenge. Through challenge, Adventure Campers develop the self-confidence to choose positive directions.

Six days of the great outdoors with rafting, biking, climbing, kayaking, cooking, team building, and many other fun and educational events. All meals included. Ages 10-15.

Let MRA guide counselors safely facilitate your Adventure Camper through an exploration of wilderness adventures that are fun, educational and challenging. Make no mistake, this is not a traditional summer camp! The Adventure Camp is full of learning, growth and challenge, yet, it is not a grueling marathon, nor a race. After a week at our Adventure Camp, your child will be able to look back with a sense of accomplishment, new friendships and great memories!

Adventure Campers will enjoy six days of rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, river and lake kayaking, team building activities, campground cooking and many other fun, memorable adventures. Summer adventure camp participants will also enjoy educational tours of local historical and ecological sites, as time allows.

Mountain & River Adventures is located one hour east of Bakersfield in beautiful Kernville, California. Let us guide your children to safely explore and enjoy the Sequoia National Forest!
