Team Building Challenge Courses with our Adventure Facilitators

“A boat doesn’t go forward if each one is rowing their own way.” – Swahili proverb

MRA offers your group program specific, multi-day, team building programs to meet the individual goals of your corporate staff, sports team, scout group, church organization or peer mentoring group. For each program, we help you define specific goals and accomplishments and end up with outstanding results for more outcomes-based, high capacity teams.

Beginning the day with low ropes initiatives helps to establish trust within the team and provides a foundation from which to progress throughout the program. The 1/2 day low ropes initiatives is a pre-requisite for all other phases of our faciliated teambuilding challenge courses.

After a relaxing deli-style lunch, we move on to key team concepts such as communication, negotiation and navigation on the high ropes resulting in newly emerging roles and respect for each participant.

Attendees also gain greater self-awareness and self-confidence as individuals. Our team building, challenge courses provide mental stimulation and physical exhilaration in a fun, safe, unique environment that allows individual team members to now view obstacles as challenges that can be overcome through unity and a “team” approach.

Challenge courses range from 1/2 day to 2 days.
